• Our family-friendly farm guesthouse is located in the beautiful Stubaital on the outskirts of Fulpmes. On our farm live dairy cows with their calves, horses, ponies, sheep and chickens (for the fresh eggs in the morning). Our farm dog Johnny is the darling of the children.
• We are located on the outskirts, the center of Fulpmes with shops, restaurants and cafes can be reached in 7 - 10 minutes comfortably on walking.
• In Winter Skiing, snow hiking, tobogganging and cross country skiing, as well as in the summer hiking and climbing from 1000 m to the highest peaks, or you prefer a ride with the mountain bike?

   The ski bus stop at Stubaitalbahnhof in Fulpmes is a 3-minute walk away. Fun and wellness are available in the new STUBAY water park near our house.
  For sportsmen and adventure seekers there are a lot of possibilitys in our surroundings. Kids have a great time with other children at the Big Family Program. From  4 – 16 years children in the summer and autumn holidays.
   For your well being and wellness - enjoy our garden with sunbathing area, the sunny terrace, your kids romping on the playground with trampoline, sandpit, slides,  for not so sunny weather, there's our games room with board games, dolls, cars and books.
   INNSBRUCK - our capital town in the heart of the Alps, with a beautiful historical centre, for culture and sightseeing lovers is only 20 km away.
